Situation:This attractive country house is located in a beautiful setting, with quick and good access to the beaches of Binibeca and Binisafúa (less than 5 minutes by car) and Punta Prima (10 minutes by car). In addition, it is just 3km from the village of Sant Lluís, and 5km from Mahón, the capital, where you will find shops, bars, restaurants and businesses.Exterior:The exterior area of this property is very spacious, has a lot of charm and features a beautiful garden. The swimming pool (4m x 8.5m) is surrounded by marés flooring and there are also large lawn areas around it. It has different rest areas, all comfortable and well-furnished. On the living room porch there is a table with chairs to eat in the shade, and two areas with comfortable furniture to relax. Additionally, in the pool area, there is another porch with a table with built-in benches and a barbecue.Interior:The decoration is carefully crafted down to the last detail, with comfortable and quality furniture.This property is divided into two units, the main house and the annex, with the following layout:Ground Floor Main House: large living room (very bright due to glass doors on two sides), typical Menorcan kitchen with table and chairs for eating, 1 toilet near the kitchen and laundry room, 1 double bedroom with en-suite shower room, a small living area from which access is gained to 1 double bedroom and 1 double bedroom (150cm).
